Well, HERE I am, finally

It's been an interesting journey from Nov. 2008 to today -- but I'm still in business, and still holding classes in my little studio. We have found, the size of the building doesn't have anything to do with how much we enjoy our doll making craft. In fact, there is SO MUCH LESS stress now, that it's difficult to remember or imagine how I made it through that time [or times] years ago.
As of about a year ago I became distributor [the only one in southern Colorado, I might add] for New York Doll Products. These are the same products that Seeley's sold for many years, under the new name. Many of the items are readily available, some are manufactured as they are ordered. They are adding new molds almost monthly, and recently added a new "white" porcelain slip. I have ordered a supply, and will be excited to try it.
We, meaning myself and several other students, are wanting to start a costuming group for the VERY popular 12" French Fashion Dolls. We have available EVERY head that fits this body, so there are choices to be made. You can do "whatever fits your fancy", so to speak. Many know that I have ALWAYS loved the French dolls [most likely because I love to costume them]. [Certainly isn't because I speak French or because I am French]. If YOU would be interested in joining us, and pushing/motivating me to get moving on this project, please let me know.
OR if YOU have ideas/projects/questions/dolly needs, please contact me. Who knows - - maybe we'll devise a whole NEW interest in some aspect of doll making/ costuming....and have FUN doing it.
